Studies in Sociology,  I have introduced in Italy the "Ombudsman in the Digital World" with setting up the master's degree: Mediateur in Digital Culture.
As researcher, my particular interests are on the following arguments:

• social marketing programmes to enhance Digital Culture and e-literacy skills for elderly to facilitate the social inclusion in the new "Information Society"
• the understanding of culturally constructed meanings and socially organized workpractices among I.C.T.'s technical workers and creative humanists
• business anthropology in “ethnographically informed product, service and system

• integrating Talent management in Knowledge management as critical factor to competitive success in dynamic business environments
